What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and the details of the trip you describe. When you book we also collect passport details and dietary or medical information needed to run the trip safely.
How we use it
We use your information to plan and operate your trip, to send booking documents and, if you opt in, to send our monthly newsletter. We share only what is necessary with the hotels, guides and transport providers on your itinerary.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for seven years to meet tax and insurance rules. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted at any time by writing to hello@wayfare.travel. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
