Overview
Eight unhurried days on Italy's most famous coastline, without a rental car or a tour coach. We walk the cliff paths in the cool of the morning, take ferries between towns and keep the afternoons for swimming, lemon groves and long lunches.
You stay in two family-run hotels, so you unpack only twice.
Day by day
Day 1: Arrive in Naples
Private transfer to Praiano and a welcome dinner on the terrace.
Day 2: Path of the Gods
The classic cliff walk to Positano, with a ferry ride home.
Day 3: Amalfi and the Valle delle Ferriere
A shaded valley walk past old paper mills, then free time in Amalfi.
Day 4: Capri by boat
A small-boat day around the island with swim stops.
Days 5 to 6: Ravello
Move to the hill town of Ravello for gardens, concerts and a cooking class.
Day 7: Free day
Beach club, kayaking or one more walk. Your leader has suggestions.
Day 8: Depart
Transfer to Naples airport or train station.
