Overview
This is Tuscany at the speed of lunch. We base ourselves in a restored farmhouse near Pienza and spend the week meeting the people behind the food: a pecorino maker, a third-generation Brunello family and a nonna who still rolls pici by hand.
Walks are short and optional. Second helpings are not.
